Main Objective
of the Association is to provide the opportunity for general members to achieve
Home
Ownership at a Fraction of the Cost of the equivalent bank loan.
And to improve opportunities for others to
invest at
more favorable rates, to enable them to create their own security and
wealth by investing in property.
A
Commitment
The commitment extends to providing means for property
purchase and/or re-financing for EVERYBODY, including the
individuals who are rejected by the banks,
including self employed, low income earners, discharged bankrupts,
retirees, pensioners, single parent families and the elderly.
You also have the commitment that with Home Ownership
organised by HEA, owners will never be evicted, sold up, victimised or
harassed to the point of despair, providing that they accept and agree to
alternative funding arrangements by the Home Equity Associates in lieu of
mortgagee sales, (Usually in the form of a tenancy agreement, lease back,
or deferred mortgage payments.)
Further, one of Home Equity Associates objectives is to
have a system that never administers bank fees, application fees, of
hidden administration fees, to any Home Ownership advanced to approved
members.
