Home Equity Associates offers the ultimate community
involvement program for sourcing Home Ownership finance to anyone,
including those who have experienced difficulty in obtaining satisfactory
home financing, or who simply enjoy a superior real estate finance
product.
You to can help accelerate the growth of your world wide
community based Association even further, by promoting the Association to
your family, friends and acquaintances, and by encouraging them to join
and support the worthwhile efforts of Home Equity Associates.
All membership growth is through recommendations and
referrals, and the resultant substantial savings on marketing and
promotional costs are passed on to you by way of lower interest home
ownership opportunities and reduced qualifying periods as well as many
other benefits.
You are under no obligation or compulsion to recruit or
canvas new members, either as a condition of your own membership, or in
order to qualify for your low interest Home Ownership Plan. You are,
however, urged to promote the aims and objectives of the Association, and
to encourage others to participate, as this will speed up the growth rate
and bring benefits of membership to a wider community of people in need.
So why not propose someone today? Simply pass on a
copy of your personalised flyer (included in your Membership Kit) to any
interested parties, family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, associates)
and have them contact Home Equity Associates directly, we will then
forward the information to the inquirer, FREE OF CHARGE.
Although the Association does undertake marketing and
promotion and PROMOTION TO PROMOTE MEMBERSHIP GROWTH, this is limited in
nature in order to operate in a cost effective manner. If every
member distributed only 10 flyers a month, results show that membership
could double every month. Obviously then the benefits available to
members would be greatly increased.

As with most other community based Associations, or clubs,
the admission of new members requires that they be proposed and seconded
by existing members. Application for membership of Home Equity
Associates from people introduced by you will show you as their
proposer. Applications do not need a seconder, as acceptance of
their membership application by the Board satisfies that requirement.
Ensure that your membership number is placed in the box
indicating proposer on all your paperwork that you distribute, to ensure
compliance with the Laws of the Association.

What
do I have to do?
As stated earlier there is no 'magic formula' for achieving
what is nothing short of the best Home Ownership Plan available anywhere
in the world. We all know what is required to achieve a good thing,
and what is required is a little effort.
When we say a LITTLE EFFORT that is exactly what we
mean. All that you will ever have to do is let as many people as you
possibly can know about the fabulous Home Equity Associates Home Ownership
Plan. How hard can that be? You will be doing them a favour,
just by letting everyone know when you are onto a good thing.
It can be as simple as talking with friends and workmates,
you'll never have to worry about 'selling' anything or trying to convince
people, just give them a brochure and they can decide to join this great
plan by themselves.
Our records show that up to 50% of people that are given an
information pack personally, join Home Equity Associates. People are
interested and want to join, all that you have to do is tell them about

Response Strategy
This is a fabulous way for you to promote Home Equity
Associates among your friends and associates and it is FREE.
A mail response list is included in the membership
manual. All that you need to do is fill out the form out clearly
with all the information requested, and the HEA will forward the
information, and a covering explanatory letter to anyone who you have
listed on the form that you believe would be a member to your Association.
You can have your name and contact details provided so that
the people you chose to receive the kit can contact you if they
wish. Or you can select to have no personal information at
all. When these people join you will still be noted as the proposer
because your name or membership number are assigned to them in the HEA
Membership Register.
The mail response strategy promotes membership growth,
which in turn provides for growth in the number of Home Ownership Plans
that the Association can access, and more members in the Association, the
more benefits that can be passed on to members.
