The Board of Home Equity Associates has
developed many different avenues of generating funds for your Association,
which are in turn used to supply members with as many benefits as
possible, culminating in the HEA Home Ownership Plan.
One of these avenues available to the
Association is to supply goods and services to the members, and to
encourage members to supply those goods and services to the general
public. The benefits of this, are that members could receive
discounts by using these services, and or, the Association will earn an
income from these activities, which as you know, is important, because all
this income goes towards Home Ownership Plans. We can not reiterate
enough, the importance of you as member, using all the services that you
possibly can.
Like all Cooperatives. Clubs and Community
Associations, HEA requires members like you to use the facilities, and
promote them and the Association, in order to make it an overwhelming
success. Promoting the services can be as simple as telling your
friends and family.

Equity
Accumulation Programs
A deposit plan, for members only, which allows
you to plan for the future without all the problems associated with a
normal savings account at a regular financial institution.
Hardly a week goes
by without a story in the media, about how fees and charges have stolen
all of child's savings, or a forgotten account been closed by a bank
because of fees.
The truth is, the banks no longer want the
"nuisance" $5 per week that your children save out of their
pocket money, or that "little extra" you would like to put away
for a rainy day or special cause.
Home Equity Associates has developed the Equity
Accumulation Program especially to benefit members who whish to plan for
the future, without financial penalty.
You have a choice of two programs. The Target
Plan Program and the Target 16 Program.
Target
Plan Program is for you to save for that something special,
your own home, a holiday, your child's education or wedding, whatever it
is that you need to save for.
Target
16 Program allows you or your children to plan for their future
by putting a little aside each month until they turn sixteen years of age,
for their first car, house, education; the list is endless, isn't it?
Like the HEA Home Ownership Plan there are no
fees or charges for opening r maintaining your Equity Accumulation
Program.
The benefits that HEA will award to
participants in the program are set to scale. You will always know
where you stand an how much is in your account balance. As an added
incentive, your benefits may increase further if market interest rates
increase.
You will have the benefit of knowing that you
are contributing to the continued growth and success of your Association,
of which as a member, you play an invaluable part in assisting others, and
of course at the same time increasing your own financial well being.

You also have a peace of mind knowing that as
with all contributions and payments to Home Equity Associates, any
contributions which you make to your Equity Accumulation Plan are paid to
the WAIC Foundation Trust where all accounts are audited for your
security.

Exchange Telephone Plan
The World Exchange Telephone Plan is a good
example, it costs nothing to join and can save hundreds of dollars.
How hard can it be to get people to take part in that? And remember
this helps build your Association.
Save
over 200% on phone calls
Yes this is correct (source: Brisbane's Sunday
Mail 23.05.99 page 102), and is calculated using peak call rates to ten
overseas countries.

receive savings like this on overseas and STD calls within Australia, and
the great news about this is, that it generates growth for Home Equity

World Exchange is a satellite Phone Company
which uses a switch at your local exchange to divert the call via their
satellites. As not all exchanges have a switch, only members who
live in the area with a switch are able to use this service.
