How can we begin to satisfy the common basic needs of all these disadvantaged people?

Firstly, we need a visionary leader to create the framework for such an ambitious plan.  And secondly, we must have a totally legal and formal community structure to coordinate, promote, maintain and administer this exciting concept. Many have held such a vision, but few have withstood the cynics, governments, banks and general apathy of the masses.

Throughout the centuries, history has frequently shown that people power can change inequitable systems, systems that do not work for the majority of people while benefiting only a select few in society. The proven way to achieve change has been for the people to form a group, Association, or Co-operative, to utilise the combined power of thousands, or millions of its members, all assisting each other to achieve a desired change in order to benefit everyone in society. This concept can succeed if the number of members becomes large enough for others to view the idea seriously.  That is PEOPLE POWER. Ultimately, this power would allow the Association to establish a "BANK" in it's own right, with profoundly notable differences. The new "BANK" would be owned by it's members, and would not operate as a recognised financial organisation creating debt, but rather, an Association Membership owned "BANK" OWNED BY THE MEMBERS OT THE ASSOCIATION operating on credit generated by it's members and their activities, and without interest accruing borrowing's of any kind. 

The Association  have become respected Organisations with many humanitarian objectives, including the providing of information, educational material, awareness, and guidance for Association's finance alternatives, home ownership, and financial security program options.
